Owner’s Link
Southern Homes utilizes a customized Warranty program online called Owner’s Link, which will enable you to submit, save and manage your
warranty service requests 24 hrs a day! This web-based program will track all of your requests and show you which ones are open or yet to be
completed. It will also save you time when submitting requests because your account will save your property and contact information (name, address,
etc), so it does not have to be entered each time.
You will receive login information for your personalized Owner’s Link account via the email address you provided at closing.
It´s easy to register! Just fill in and submit the form on your right, and we can get you started in just a few days!

Please note that all requests for warranty service must be submitted in writing.
You may also fill out the Warranty Request Form (in your Homeowner’s Manual) and fax to (985) 643-6364.
Please review your Homeowner´s Manual. It contains important information about caring for your home, maintenance, and emergency information. For added piece of mind, every Southern Homes comes with a 2-10 yr Homebuyer´s Warranty.
