Financing programs described in these materials are available only through Southern Advantage Mortgage, L.L.C. ("SAM"), which is a partially owned subsidiary of Southern Homes. Special financing programs described in these materials may be subject to certain eligibility requirements and other terms and restrictions. The accuracy of the mortgage calculators and their applicability to particular circumstances is in no way guaranteed.
