Francesca Brennan joined Southern Homes in 2007, by way of Atlanta, GA. Having had such a wonderful experience building her Southern Home in Abita Springs - she was delighted to be offered a position as an Agent at Tallow Creek in Covington, LA in 2007. Having left Tallow Creek in early 2011, Francesca now works full time in the Orleans Parish market.

As a resident of Louisiana for 8 years now, Francesca's inside knowledge of both the metro New Orleans & St Tammany Parish areas can help you find the best home for your family. Francesca is a licensed Real Estate Agent who holds a Bachelor's degree in Communications from Oglethorpe Univerisity in Atlanta, GA. She also has a Master's degree in Communications from Tulane University in New Orleans, LA.

When she isn't busy selling homes & helping clients, Francesca enjoys trying her hand at new recipes, seeing live music around town, reading hardback books and watching movies.

Darlynn Rediker- Serving the Gulf Shores Area

Originally from San Diego, California, Darlynn and her family moved to the Gulf Coast in 2001. Darlynn joined Southern Homes in 2008 after becoming a satisfied Southern Homes owner in the Arbor Walk community.

Darlynn specializes in giving that personal touch while assisting her clients.  With an extensive background in real estate, she can assist her clients with the entire range of real estate transactions: from building a new home to listing, selling or buying a home, beach condo or lot on which to build.  In fact, most of her clients stay with her for their future real estate needs.She enjoys spending her free time with her family and getting involved in local community events.

Sandra has been working for Southern Homes for 11 years. Before coming to work for Southern Homes she worked for many years in general real estate.

A life long resident of St. Tammany Parish, Sandra enjoys all that the Northshore has to offer, especially the fact that it is so close to the Gulf Coast and New Orleans. She also loves being from an area with so many different cultures and ethnicities. Sandra has a real passion for the needs of her clients and puts her heart and soul into every transaction.
