All clients are empowered to use our premier design centers to bring the character of their
home to life. Enjoy access to any of the convenient centers onsite at all our communities
or visit our 3,000 square foot Design Workshop at Tallow Creek in Convington, LA. In
either case, you will experience one-on-one personalized service with as little or as much
input from our design specialist, as you prefer.
Our variety of construction and finishing options is unparalleled and sets the standard in
our industry. Each floor plan offers choices in elevations with multiple stucco, brick and
siding options to select. Perhaps you may want to 
enhance space for storage or
entertaining by adding a tandem bay/three car garage or covered patio. Construction
options also extend inside the home where you have the flexibility to add bonus rooms,
kid retreats or in-law suites.
Our finishing options range from choosing colors for countertops to the grout in your
bathroom. Decide between carpet, hard wood, wood laminate or tile for your flooring to
coordinate with you choice of lighting fixtures for the ceiling. From top to bottom your
home’s design will be in your control. And the choices do not end there! You can select
your style of appliances and fixtures from all quality GE and Moen products, so that your
home can be as functional as it is stylish. Our design specialist will patiently and
meticulously assist you in 
finalizing your selections to ensure your home is exactly the
way you imagined.
